April 2021 - CROWN Holdings sell their manufacturing division of food cans in Europe for an estimated USD 2.7 billion. ISE were commissioned by a potential buyer, a large industrial group, to conduct the operational and technical due diligence of the CROWN Food operations spanning over 40 manufacturing sites across Europe and Africa.
